About Lindsay
After graduating from school with a business degree, I spent the first decade of my career at a large HR consulting firm helping companies improve the health & productivity of their employees.
My next position involved creating a new, national practice from the ground up for a corporate wellness company.
The practice thrived, as I showed up at work the same way I show up in life…as a safe space for others to be their vulnerable, honest selves. And over time my role naturally evolved into People Leadership, where I coached employees to achieve their potential and find more success and fulfillment in their work.
After almost a decade of supporting these employees, my biggest takeaway was...most professional issues and barriers are inextricably linked to our personal beliefs about ourselves, others, and the world.
In early 2020 I was ready for a midlife change. I loved what I was doing but was burnt out from the corporate life. So I quit my job, became a certified coach, and started my own business. I wanted to help people achieve their personal goals, instead of their professional ones.
While I was trying to focus my business on personal transformation only, I learned that you can take the girl out of corporate, but you can’t take the corporate out of the girl…
Many of of the clients I was attracting were looking for support in their professional lives. And I was also being approached by employers to help coach their employees in the workplace.
I resisted initially and even turned down some business. But after enough time to heal from my corporate burnout, I was able to see that my limiting beliefs and fears were preventing me from realizing the truth…that I was never meant to throw away all the experience, skills, and success from my previous professional life.
Now having merged all of my experience together as a Work Coach & Consultant, I am having the biggest impact on people’s lives yet. And I’m loving every minute of it!
